The first step for a visit us in our clinic or at your place is to make an order. To order, please use the telephone contact +420 721 813 872. In order for your call to be processed as soon as possible, we use the option of forwarding calls between us. Therefore, do not panic and wait for the redirection.
You can also order via e-mail veterina@forea.cz, but the arrangement is more complicated and slower.
When you are making an appointment, we will ask for your name and the reason for your visit.
Each owner has in our system an electronic card with all their animals. In your part of the card, we will need to know your name, address, telephone and e-mail contact. In the card section of the animal, name, species, breed, sex, date of birth, chip. The card will accompany your animal throughout its life, all records of vaccinations, deworming, operations, other therapeutic actions and diagnoses will be recorded in it. The card is fully online and thanks to this we have access to it at your home or in the stable.
